Exercises for cellulite reduction

There are a lot of treatments available for cellulite treatment and a lot of misinformation to go with it. Creams, lotions and pills are to name only three. There are also a lot of cellulite exercises out there aimed to get rid of it. But, did you know there are nine targeted exercises to get rid of cellulite? If you did, then you probably already know how cellulite works, and so, how to reduce it. Let's take a moment to understand cellulite

It was originally thought that cellulite was the product of something happening to the fat cells in the body and that you would inherit the gene that is responsible from your parents. Whilst this is true, there are a number of things you can do to minimise the chances of it occuring and to reduce cellulite that has already formed.

Cellulite is often touted as being a combination of fat cells that have in some way gone 'wrong', toxins in the body, and excess water that can accumulate underneath the surface of the skin. All of this propaganda is used to do one thing, and that's to sell 'cures'. In the health industry, it's much more profitable to produce a product that treats an issue temporarily and requires constant renewal rather than something to get rid of it outright and that requires no further financial investment. A few years ago a medical researcher conducted an experiment with a hundred people to see if there were any differences in the fat samples taken from the many participants. Some of these people had the telltale signs of cellulite and others didn't. After careful analysis it was shown there was were no difference at all between the fat samples. Some people had cellulite whilst the others were cellulite free.

The layer of muscle fibres beneath the fat, if underused, reduce in size if they are not stimulated through some form of exercise. Uneven deterioration of these muscle fibres cause the wavy, dimpled appearance that can make cellulite unattractive.

So to get rid of cellulite I have to exercise?

That's pretty much the case, but before you go, you ought to know the correct cellulite exercises to do. So, what are these exercises to get rid of cellulite? You could perform all sorts of exercises and increase your level of cardio fitness, that's always something to be encouraged as it promotes a long healthy life, but you can use specific, targeted cellulite exercises to get rid of cellulite if your goal is a cellulite busting mission. That way more of your time is spent getting the exact results you really want - getting rid of cellulite - instead of spending unneccesary time performing general cardio exercises. Cellulite busting this way is probably the best exercise against cellulite.
